Daniadown is hiring for a new store manager.

Their responsibilities include:

• Manage all activities necessary for the efficient operation of the store.
• Maximizing sales and service while promoting the company's image of quality and professionalism.

Key job functions:

• Coach and motivate employees to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Create an atmosphere that is free of discrimination and harassment, and comply with health and safety regulations as set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Duties:

• Recruit qualified professional staff and communicate all pertinent information to payroll.
• Train personnel to enable them to meet or exceed the needs of the company.
