Throughout the year Coquitlam Centre proudly contributes to a number of charitable organizations that support our local community. In addition to donations and sponsorships, we also host registered charities at our Community Kiosk and serve as a host site for charitable events.
Community Kiosk
The Community Kiosk is a stationary display booth located on Level 1 by London Drugs (beneath the escalator). The Community Kiosk is reserved for registered charities who wish to promote their organization and raise awareness of their cause or upcoming campaign.
Organizations requesting the Community Kiosk must be able to sign a lease agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance showing that they carry a $5,000,000 (minimum) Commercial Limited Liability insurance policy. They must also be a registered charitable organization.
To apply for the Community Kiosk: fill in the Community Kiosk Application form, available here, and email it to cqcmarketing@morguard.com.
Once completed, your application will be reviewed by a Coquitlam Centre representative who will contact you regarding your booking request if you meet the eligibility requirements.
Requests are considered on a first come, first serve basis; however, precedence is given to organizations that are located in, and serve the communities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge and New Westminster.
Promotions must be free of political, racial, religious or socially offensive content. Petitions and customer solicitation are not permitted. Coquitlam Centre reserves to alter or cancel bookings if these conditions are not met.
Please note, there are no bookings during the months of November and December.
Sponsorships + Donations
Each year Coquitlam Centre receives numerous requests for sponsorship, raffle and/or auction items. Through the Community Partnership Program, we are able to effectively and fairly manage these requests and provide support to many worthwhile causes.
Due to the rising number of requests, Coquitlam Centre requires detailed information about your event/cause to help us make the best possible decision pertaining to your request.
Each properly completed request is evaluated against Coquitlam Centre’s criteria, total funds available and its overall compatibility to our objectives.
