Did you know? Many CQC retailers offer many earth-friendly products and services as well as in-store recycling programs that can help you care for the environment while shopping for the things you love.
Retailer Recycling Programs

MAC Cosmetics - return your empty, clean containers in store for recycling.*
Sephora - Clean it out: At home, make sure your packaging is clean, unbagged, and free of liquid or product. Then drop it off: Visit Sephora and drop your empties in dedicated collection bins.*

Apple - used Apple products can be brought into Apple for recycling or trade-ins. More information here.

Give Back Box: Give your old pairs a new life by using your ALDO shoebox (or any box) to pack up used goods for donation.
- Fill your giving box with donation items (anything from shoes, to clothing, accessories and more are accepted).
- Download and print your free Give Back Box shipping label.
- Adhere the label to the box and it’s ready to ship.

H&M
Bring your unwanted clothes or textiles, by any brand and in any condition, to one of their stores to the cash register. In exchange, you'll receive a thank you voucher to use toward your next purchase. Everything collected is sent to H&M's sustainability partner I:CO who will then sorts it into three categories:
- Re-wear: clothing that can be worn again is sold as second-hand clothing
- Re-use: clothing and textiles that isn't fit to be worn again but still has some life left is turned into new things like cleaning cloths
- Re-cycle: everything else is turned into textile fibers and re-used for things like insulation.
All of the proceeds that H&M receives from this program are donated to a local charity (H&M Canada has partnered with UNICEF locally). Click here to see how much has been donated so far.
What can you bring in?
- Any clothing including jackets, socks, undergarments in any material (leather, suede...) in any condition (gently-used to falling apart)
- Any home textiles including bedding, towels, kitchen rags, quilts in any condition (gently-used to falling apart)
What can't you bring in?
- Shoes
- Stuffed animals
- Pillows
- Purses or bags

La Vie en Rose
Bring in your old bras from any brand and they will be donated to a partner organization where they will be repurposed. The bras that cannot be reused are taken apart and the recyclable materials are retrieved.

Bring your used bedding to QE Home for recycling, and in return, you will receive a coupon to use on a future purchase.
